Ambrosia truly lives up to its name — this was a memorable dining experience that exceeded expectations on every level. The food was fantastic, with bold, well-balanced flavors and generous portion sizes. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared, and nothing felt skimpy or rushed. We started with the bacon appetizer, which at first seemed a little gimmicky — but wow, it was fun and absolutely delicious. A playful, flavorful start that set the tone perfectly. I ordered the fish sampler and couldn’t have been happier. It’s an incredible value that lets you explore a wide range of what the kitchen does best. Every bite was on point, and it’s a great way to get a real sense of the menu if you’re torn on what to order. Service was another highlight. Our server, Van, was exceptional — attentive without being overbearing, and genuinely thoughtful. One small but impressive touch: about 15 minutes into enjoying my martini, he brought over a freshly frozen glass so it would stay cold without even being asked. That level of care is rare. Ambrosia may be a little off the beaten path, but it’s absolutely worth the trip. This is a restaurant that knows what it’s doing — from flavor to service to atmosphere, it’s a world-class experience.

Im a foodie at heart. This restaurant, tried for the first time even though it’s not far from me, was a 10/10. I have NEVER had better service, drinks, or food. Stefan was unbelievable. Just an incredible experience all the way around. On top of that, the prices are, shockingly, below what I expected and well below what the experience is worth. We will be back, a lot. I can’t think of a single way they can improve - from the hostess to the atmosphere, all was done with excellence. The lava cake is a religious experience.

Best addition to my list of my beach faves. Intimate, cozy atmosphere. Every SINGLE thing we ordered was DELICIOUS. Brittany was absolutely delightful. We will see you again soon.

More than a great meal, it was a great experience. The wait staff is very accommodating and attentive. The meal came out timely and cooked to perfection. Spectacular wine selection, surprisingly nice collection for full bottle. It was her first time trying caviar. I personally have never had it in a restaurant setting. What a great presentation. It was a special evening and it was a special part of it. The manager also took some time to show me a specific bottle of wine I was curious about.

My wife and I have been coming to the gulf coast area to vacation for 20 plus years. Without a doubt Ambrosia stands atop our list for the best dining experience. The ambience and decor make for a great first impression. As we entered the establishment, a friendly young lady with a pleasant smile welcomed us in. After we sat in a cozy booth, John H greeted us. He inquired where we were from and engaged us in a pleasant conversation. We found him to be most professional and personable. The menu features a multitude of fabulous choices ranging from Wagyu beef entrees to chicken and waffles. Following our meal, we ventured to the bar for an espresso martini. A totally different room with large puffy leather booths, soothing lighting and a beautifully designed bar that we found most relaxing. Thank you Ambrosia for another unforgettable evening. By the way, ask for John H. You won’t be disappointed! We’ll see you again next year for certain.

Ambrosia 30A Prime Seafood & Steak exceeded every expectation. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was elegant yet welcoming. We ordered the flounder and the crab cake—and both dishes were absolutely phenomenal. The flounder was perfectly cooked with a delicate, buttery flavor, and the crab cake was packed with fresh crab and just the right amount of seasoning. Our server, Stefan, took the entire experience to the next level. His knowledge of the menu, warm demeanor, and attention to detail were top tier. He made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout the meal. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality seafood and steak in a refined setting. Ambrosia 30A is a gem!

I went to Ambrosia while on a weekend getaway with friends to celebrate my birthday. The food was well seasoned and very flavorful. The service was excellent. Lynn was our server and she was spectacular. I love her personality, her energy, and her willingness to make sure you're enjoying your experience at Ambrosia. They don't call her Lynn Possible for nothing. I will definitely go here again when visiting PCB.

My sister and I went out for a girls night out and had the best time. This was our first time eating at Ambrosia but I promise you it won’t be the last time either. The atmosphere as soon as you walk in was incredible and our server Greyson was not only AMAZING but the sweetest and kept us engaged the whole time and made us feel welcomed and at home. I have to watch my blood sugar a lot and tonight even with treating myself I didn’t spike at all so thank you for having healthy options as well as good food. We definitely enjoyed ourselves on our gals night out which I don’t get to do much. Thank you Greyson for making it a wonderful time for us both we will certainly ask for you again.
